CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI)
  • Auto Liability Requirement: $1,000,000
  • Cargo Requirement: $100,000
  • ANY AUTO Type Policy Preferred
  • Scheduled Autos will be Accepted
  • PLEASE NOTE: SALEM GLOBAL LOGISTICS MUST BE LISTED AS THE CERTIFICATE HOLDER.
